The White Whistle Program is an initiative by CMBA to create a positive environment and experience for all new basketball officials.
Any referee wearing a white whistle is not to be approached or have negative comments directed towards them before, during, and after games.
The CMBA invests funds and many hours recruiting, developing, and retaining new basketball referees.
Remember - We are all here for the kids!
