TeamSnap - you will want/need to accept your team invite, as this is the main means of communication that your team will utilize throughout the season.

Practice and game schedules are to be loaded by your team (coaches, manager, TeamSnap coordinator, etc... whoever is tasked with this). Players, and coaches, are to indicate their availability to all events; this is for safety (knowing who to expect) as well as team planning (practice planning, short benches for a game, etc).

You will find that you can use TeamSnap for all kinds of communication between coaches to players to parents/guardians, sharing thoughts/feedback, posting team pics, ... You need to be on TeamSnap!

Below is a brief "How To" for TeamSnap... trust us, it is a simple, free, easy app that you will love for team sports.



One of the tasks you may want to complete right away is to add other family members so they are kept informed of your player(s) schedule.  You are the only one that can add them, we cannot do this for you, but it is easy as you will read in the step-by-step instructions below. Add as many parents, grandparents, cousins, friends, as you want.... this way you have help getting your player to where they need to be and maybe it brings more support to join us at our games...we love a big crowd!


How to: Add Family Members with Access (Web)

  1. Click the Roster tab
  2. Click on member name
  3. Click New Family Member button
  4. Enter contact details
  5. Check the Allow access to manage [member's] account (Shared Access)box below the email field. 


  • Contacts with multiple emails entered that match multiple existing TeamSnap accounts will receive regular email invitations to each email address and will not be auto-accepted


  1. Check the Invite to Join?box at the bottom of the screen
  2. Click Save


How to: Add Family Members with Access (iOS)

  1. Tap the Roster tab
  2. Tap on member name
  3. Tap Edit in the top right
  4. Tap + Family Members
  5. Enter contact details 
  6. Tap to toggle Send Invitation to Join slider ON at the top of the screen
  7. Tap Save in the top-right corner



How to: Add Family Members with Access (Android)

  1. Tap the Roster tab
  2. Tap on member name
  3. Tap + in the Family Members section
  4. Enter contact details 
  5. Tap to check the Send Invite box at the top of the screen
  6. Tap the done ?icon in the top-right corner


After the family member/additional contact accepts their invitation, they can log into their TeamSnap account and access the team through the main member profile. Family Member/Shared Access allows a person to edit their member information, change or update member availability, and add and edit other contacts under the member profile.
